Returns & Exchanges

At Noughts and Kisses, we want you to love your new outfit, but if it's not quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
